Please allow up to approximately two weeks to receive orders.  Most deliver sooner than that.  We do our best to ship orders as soon as possible!  

Is this a legit site?  Has anyone ever ordered from here?

If you have not come across our store before, Welcome! We are a women-owned business and have been online since 2016.  We have fulfilled over 80,000 orders as of 2022. We are located in Bellevue, WA.

What is your return policy?

Items eligible for return may be returned or exchanged when sent back within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Please understand that returns are not accepted for lingerie, beachwear or jewelry/accessories

Dresses may be returned for store credit only.

If we receive any returned item with signs of wear or disregard such as lint, human or animal hair, deodorant marks, perfume smell, etc., it will not be refunded. We may or may not send the item back to you. 

Items must be in their original, clear packaging bags.

About Discount Codes

Only one code may be used per order.

Please be aware returning merchandise will void discount codes if your order then falls below any minimum purchase requirement.

There will be a 30% restocking fee for returns of $100 or greater.

Please note that all items on the "SALE" page, are final sale.  Coupon codes do not apply.  Items are not returnable or able to be cancelled once an order is placed.

Shipping charges to return items are at your expense.  However, if the item is exchanged, we pay the shipping for your new item.  

We process returns regularly but please allow 5-7 days for your notification of such.  

If your item is eligible for return, you also have the choice of receiving a 125% gift card of store credit instead.

Please email or include a note with your return/exchange as to how we can help you but return policies will still apply regardless of any communications prior to.

Customs Charges:   Because we ship worldwide, we are unable to track customs charges for all locations.  It is your responsibility to know if your government will charge for items imported to your country and how much those charges may be.  Customs fees are NOT ours.

How long does shipping take?

Most of our advertised items are in-stock and will be in the mail to you within a few business days.  There are some items in particular that frequently sell out and take a little longer.  Other items and larger orders will take about two weeks to reach you after you place your order.  If you place an order, you are acknowledging the wait time. If you cannot wait for two weeks delivery time, you may not want to place an order.

At this time, The Bralette Co. is only offering Standard Shipping through USPS (Canada Post). 

Domestic: We offer Standard Shipping. If you have an item that needs to be expedited, please send us a message to support@thebraletteco.com. Pending the stock of our items, we may be able to get this to you sooner! 

International: We offer shipping to Canada, UK, and most other countries.

How long does it take to process and ship  my order?

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. 

After your payment is authorized and verified, Standard orders can still take up to approximately 2 weeks to process and ship to you. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

How long is your In-Transit Time to receive my package once my order has shipped?

In-Transit time starts when your order has been shipped, and does not include standard processing time applicable to the shipping method selected at the time of checkout. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays. 

The Bralette Co. is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes or any other charges.

 

What happens if my order is returned to sender?

If an order is returned to sender, it is most likely due to an incorrect address or missing apartment number. Shipping labels are printed directly from the customer input on an order. If your package is returned to sender, please confirm the address with our support team (support@thebraletteco.com), and we will resend that back out to you.

If it is unclaimed, we will process a store credit gift card. We do not process refunds for purchases that are returned to sender due to an incorrect address. Please be sure to double check your address on your order before placing. 

 

Where is the rest of my order?

Items may ship separately so that you receive your items as quickly as possible. Your shipping notifications will tell you what items are in each package.  Please wait the specified time before inquiring about the rest of your order.

I haven't received a shipping notification!

Your order begins processing within 24 hours after you place it.  Tracking is on all merchandise and if you did not receive a tracking number, that does not mean there isn't one or that your item has not shipped.  Tracking numbers are assigned right away but become available to you at different times during order processing and shipping.  Again, just because you did not receive a notification does not mean your item has not shipped. 

I want to cancel my order!

We will try to accommodate you but if processing has passed, your item may need to be returned (if eligible) to receive a refund.  Delivery times can be up to two weeks and we may not be able to stop delivery after your order has been placed. Orders continue to process through weekends and holidays.

Tracking shows my item was delivered but I do not have it!

In this case, you will need to call your local post office to arrange a redelivery or pick-up.  We cannot do this for you.  Items will be delivered USPS or Canada Post in most cases.

If tracking shows your item was delivered to the correct address, it will not be eligible for a refund.  Please take care to protect your mail, be watching for your item or have it delivered to a secure location as we will not be responsible for a stolen package once the post office declares it as delivered to the address you provided.

Please know that we want you to love your items, we want them delivered as soon as possible, and we don't want any hiccups along the way either - same as you!  If something happens to your order, DON'T PANIC, we will get it corrected.  Please make sure your name and/or order number is clear so we can take a look at any issue before responding to you, it will be much more efficient for everyone this way!
