Returns and Exchanges

OUR RETURN POLICY AND PROCESS

Items eligible for return may be returned or exchanged when sent back within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Please understand that returns are not accepted for lingerie, beachwear or jewelry/accessories. Dresses are eligible for store credit only.

If we receive any item back for either a return or exchange with signs of wear or disregard such as lint, human or animal hair, deodorant marks, perfume smell, etc., it will not be processed for any option. We may or may not send the item back to you. 

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

If your item is eligible for a return (lingerie items, beachwear and jewelry are not eligible for a return), you may also have the option of a 125% gift card.

Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchanges.

 

 

HOW DO I SEND BACK AN ITEM?

If your item is eligible for return or exchange, please add a note inside your return mail with your name, order number, and your request.

CAN I PURCHASE A RETURN SHIPPING LABEL?

No – we do not provide return labels.  

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM(S)?

For eligible items, yes. Shipping charges to send items back are at your expense. However, if the item is exchanged, we pay the shipping for your new item.  

MY ITEM WAS RETURNED TO SENDER

If your item is returned to sender or refused for any reason, your order will be restocked and you will be issued store credit. This will be minus the shipping charge. We do not process refunds for purchases that are returned to sender for any reason.

This is the only address for returns. We recommend using USPS. For faster service, please email support@thebraletteco.com with your tracking number.

We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
